  • L&M represents the seller of a subdivision with development rights to national home builder. Representation consisted of obtaining required approvals necessary to convert undeveloped 75- acre tract into residential subdivision of half-acre lots ready for construction and negotiating and documenting sales transaction with purchaser.
    Transaction value: $17,500,000.00

  • L&M represents the purchaser of land for development of port of entry and related transportation structures. Transaction involves planning, acquisition, governmental approvals, financing, construction and operating contracts; and negotiations with federal, state and local agencies in both the United States and Mexico.
    Overall project value: $750,000,000.00; land acquisition cost: approx. $50,000,000.00

  • L&M represents purchaser of educational facility site. Transaction involves negotiations and documentation of purchases from multiple sellers, followed by obtaining required governmental approvals.
    Transaction value: $15,000,000.00
